Last Updated: April 2nd, 2025
Our Commitment to Child Safety
At 3Five, owned and operated by Helping Heart LLC, we are committed to providing a safe platform for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document outlines our standards and procedures for preventing, detecting, and reporting such content.
Age Restrictions
3Five is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. As stated in our Terms of Service, users under 18 years of age may not use our Services under any circumstances. We implement age verification measures during the registration process and actively monitor for potential underage users.
Prohibited Content
As outlined in our Community Guidelines, the following content is strictly prohibited:
- No explicit or suggestive content involving minors. You may not post, share, or encourage others to post sexual or suggestive content involving minors.
- No content that constitutes, promotes, or encourages child exploitation or abuse. This includes but is not limited to CSAM, content that sexualizes minors, or content that depicts minors in harmful situations.
- No content that depicts minors in any way that could be interpreted as sexual or inappropriate.
- No content that could be used to identify or locate minors in a manner that could lead to harm.
Prevention Measures
3Five employs a multi-layered approach to prevent CSAM and protect children:
- Proactive Content Moderation: We utilize advanced AI technology to scan uploaded content for potential CSAM. This includes image and video analysis technology that can identify prohibited content before it's published.
- Human Moderation: Our trained content moderation team reviews flagged content and works around the clock to ensure our platform remains safe.
- Hash Matching Technology: We use industry standard hash-matching technology to compare uploaded images and videos against known CSAM databases.
- Regular Platform Audits: We conduct regular audits of our platform to identify and remove any policy-violating content.
Detection and Reporting Procedures
If potential CSAM is detected on our platform, we follow these procedures:
- Immediate content removal and account suspension
- Preservation of evidence in accordance with legal requirements
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States
- Reporting to relevant local authorities based on user location
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
